TEAPARTY NON-PROFITS: PREJUDICED LIARS THAT PROMOTE SOCIOPATHIC GREED & VOTING AGAINST SOCIAL WELFARE!
The public good constitutes the social welfare of We The People! What if the Cincinnati IRS district targeted only the 501 (C) 4 (conservative, creationist based) Nonprofits that aggressively lie to promote a Congressional agenda intended to blockade the public good? Because, the Teapublican blockade of Congress is designed to subvert and destroy the social welfare of America, which is critically harmful to the beneficial interests of 98% of American Citizens.

“501(c)(4) organizations may lobby for legislation, and unlike 501(c)(3) organizations they may also participate in political campaigns and elections, as long as its primary activity is the promotion of social welfare.[33] The tax exemption for 501(c)(4) organizations applies to most of their operations, but contributions may be subject to gift tax, and income spent on…”
(I don’t want to get too technical, but the IRS has always issued regulations that interpret the tax laws enacted by Congress. This is the *Service’s interpretation, and to identify any group that has done its best to skirt the substance and intent of the code, is nothing new. The political fallout is what Obama has reacted to, and the Service has not stood up for what it has done; possibly because it has become so conditioned to its Pavlovian Response, which is too often indefensible, it has become politically insecure about this particular response to the overt rancid substance of the Teaparty nonprofits. Certainly any liberal nonprofit that goes around the substance and intent should also have its nonprofit status revoked.)
Notwithstanding the President’s response and general media confusion and naiveté about controlling tax issues, it is self-evident that only one group of nonprofits has evidenced the motivation and mission to have worked tirelessly to harm, delay and prevent any legislation from being enacted into law for We The People. This constitutes the material substance of Seditious Conspiracy, which is clearly not for the social welfare of We The People.
INDICT GOP/TEAPUBLICANS FOR SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY Posted in Congress by ehenry on May 14, 2013

So, why is it IRS discrimination to have identified the Teaparty nonprofits (the party of Seditious Conspirators who have voted in lockstep against the black man sleeping in the white house), as the party that is empirically the worst offender of the substance of the code? Teapublicans in the House have voted 36 times to get rid of Obama care, and they have been supported by all the Teaparty nonprofits in this bizarre waste of time against the social welfare of 47M Americans without hope for health insurance prior to the Affordable Care Act.
Only one party panders to the ignorance of their bible thumping, pre-Dark Age, creationist prejudiced base by promoting: the continuation of tragic financial inequality, the deregulation of greed, unfettered greed, tax laws that redistribute enormous riches to the already wealthy, profits for gun manufacturers, etc. Only the Teaparty promotes being against: free elections, Social Security and Medicare, women’s rights, school food programs for starving kids, public education that teaches Evolution, unions, raising the minimum wage. And only the Teaparty has voted in unison against and is generally against anything for the social welfare of we the people proposed by our/their black President.
Therefore, it is fair to conclude, as the Cincinnati IRS District Office properly should have, that one group is abusing their nonprofit status at an exponentially higher level than say, www.MoveOn.org. It is crystal clear that Teaparty Nonprofits have done everything possible to disenfranchise minority voters in elections everywhere in our Nation in support of the narcissist greed of the sociopaths who are in the upper 1%. How does Teaparty legislation to prevent and obstruct the ability to vote promote social welfare? And the liberal MoveOn has done as much as it can to support the right to vote for all Americans as well as fight for all Americans to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness – MoveOn is a staunch supporter of We The People – which means its primary activity is the promotion of social welfare.
It is clear as a head-on steamroller collision that the Teaparty non-profits encourage prejudice. So, Teaparty/Teapublicans are motivated by prejudice, subjugated by ignorance and on a mission to preserve, as well as enhance advantages for the ultra-rich by doing everything possible to skew and subvert elections, by any means possible, to elect or retain Teaparty members.
Prejudice does not promote social welfare, it destroys it.
Let’s examine what several *conservative nonprofits (designed to elicit Teaparty support) have been for and against. (*conservative means against – the common good, public good – hence, against the social welfare of American citizens) This is empirical evidence:
Karl (Turd Blossom) Christian Rove’s American Crossroads: is a 527 organization that in June 2010 established a spin-off 501(c) group called Crossroads Grassroots Policy Strategies (Crossroads GPS). This is a Super PAC that practices fundraising, with anonymous donors, for the Republican Party. So the money goes into the 527 through the conduit of the nonprofit 501 (c) Grassroots. …”
It is well known that Turd Blossom’s nonprofit did everything possible to disenfranchise voters’ ability to vote in targeted States like Florida, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Texas and Ohio, key states in the last Presidential Election, and has done its best to promote gerrymandering around the country, to make it difficult for a Republican to lose. Mark Sanford’s election is an example of how gerrymandering works. Is this the promotion of social welfare?
“In the 2012 election campaign, American Crossroads spent about $105 million in independent expenditures, and Crossroads GPS spent $70.8 million.[5] The Center for Responsive Politics found that American Crossroads spent money for or against 20 federal candidates in 14 election contests, with 3 of its preferred candidates winning, while Crossroads GPS spent money for or against 27 federal candidates in 24 elections, with 7 of its preferred candidates winning.[5] …”
The controlling issue is the expenditure of tons of money on ads based on lies rather than ads to create objective information about differences which is what most of the liberal political nonprofits must do to combat all the lies. To expose lies is for the beneficial interest of social welfare, because this arms American citizens with objective information to create an informed public. The 4th Estate has failed in this regard, so Progressive nonprofits have stepped up to the line to fill the void.
Rove has a lengthy historical track record of ZERO integrity and a clear record of trying to fix election outcomes:
“In the fall of 1970, when he was a college student, Rove used a false identity to enter the campaign office of Democrat Alan J. Dixon, who was running for Treasurer of Illinois. He stole 1000 sheets of paper with campaign letterhead, printed fake campaign rally fliers promising “free beer, free food, girls and a good time for nothing”, and distributed them at rock concerts and homeless shelters, with the effect of disrupting Dixon’s rally. …”
So Rove’s surreptitious and deceitful behavior is nothing new. Nonprofit tax free status is not for any group to be diametrically opposed to and working against the beneficial interests of We The People.
Next, consider the Koch Bros FreedomWorks: “… a conservative non-profit organization based in Washington D.C., United States. FreedomWorks trains volunteers, assists in campaigns, and encourages them to mobilize, interacting with both fellow citizens and their political representatives. (What a load of horse puckey!)
FreedomWorks seeks to identify itself with two schools of thought in terms of effective advertising and marketing: the *Austrian School of economics and public choice theory. Through public choice theory, FreedomWorks legitimizes its mission and models itself after the *Austrian School.[14] …”
(*TOTALLY BOGUS ECONOMIC THEORIES TO ENABLE WEALTH CREATION FOR SOCIAL DARWINISTS – THEORIES WHICH DO NOT PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE, BUT CREATE ENORMOUS FINANCIAL INEQUALITIES)
“FreedomWorks views itself as having eight key issues: Budget and Spending; Health Care Reform; Fundamental Tax Reform, Energy and the Environment; Workplace Freedom; School Choice;[16] RedTape, Hidden Taxes, and Regulation, and Medicare, Social Security and Entitlement Reform.[17] According to the FreedomWorks website, Obamacare…” (The Patient Protection and *Affordable Care Act), is a “multi-trillion-dollar takeover of health care.”[18]
(*THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS INTENDED TO IMPROVE THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE 47M AMERICANS WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE)
“…In 2009, FreedomWorks responded to the growing number of Tea party protests across the United States, and became one of several groups active in the “Tea Party” tax protests.[19] Among other activities, FreedomWorks runs boot camps for supporters of Republican candidates. FreedomWorks spent over $10 million on the 2010 elections on campaign paraphernalia alone. The required reading list for new employees includes Saul Alinsky,[20] Frédéric Bastiat and Ayn Rand.[21] Rolling Stone and Talking Points Memo allege that FreedomWorks helps run the Tea Party Patriots.[22][23] Tea Party Patriots denies this claim.[24] According to a 2010 article in the New York Times,…”
“…FreedomWorks “has done more than any other organization to build the Tea Party movement.”[21]…”
The Teaparty Movement is against the social welfare of most Americans; and unless you are suffering from sociopathic greed or mental rigor mortis, this is easy to see.
The Rove contingent and the Koch Bros are diametrically opposed to anything that is supportive of the common good of We The People; and zealots for whatever lies aid and enable sociopathic greed to flourish, no matter how badly their narcissistic greed shreds the social fabric of America; and no matter how much tragedy and financial inequality is a result of all the economic and political lies.
The Heritage Foundation may be the worst, refer to: …The Heritage Foundation – Want to stop the liberal assault? www.joinheritage.org/ Join The Heritage Foundation today!
“…It takes credit for much of President Bush’s policy, both domestic and foreign, referring to Bush’s policies as “straight out of the Heritage play book.” …Heritage supports faith-based initiatives, school vouchers, ban on abortion, overturning affirmative action programs.”
Heritage is for everything that is against the social welfare of most Americans – think tank? or sociopathic tank of greedy narcissistic liars?

Therefore, it is logical to conclude the objective of Teapublican-Teaparty 501 (c) 4 nonprofits is to keep the profits flowing to the ultra-rich who form these nonprofits solely to maintain their continuing ability to redistribute wealth to themselves – which is for the social welfare of the rich, but at the expense of the social welfare of the 99%.
The men behind the Teaparty nonprofits are the socoipathic greedy narcissists who arrange and contribute to these sham nonprofits to arm the Teaparty Koch-pawns with all the lies to keep the blockade of Congress going and keep their pawns in political office to continue the war against the middle class and the poor.
Bad karma, don’t you think? So it is possible the IRS in Cincinnati (keep in mind, people with the IRS are Americans) smelled the distinction between a political nonprofit for We The People and the Teaparty nonprofits that are against the beneficial interests of We The People. The clarity of the distinction between *Conservative nonprofits and Liberal Progressive nonprofits is something our nonpartisan about the truth media has not recognized or attempted to objectively create informed public opinion about. And from the media pronouncements and articles about 501 (c) 4 nonprofits, they do not know a lot about what they do not know or comprehend the essence of the meaning of social welfare.
From 45 years of thinking tax, it seems the Cincinnati IRS district office saw past the form, which is the fallacious written and verbal behavior of the Teaparty nonprofits, to the substance, and concluded the substance of Teaparty nonprofits was so far removed from the IRS definition of a 501 (c) 4 that something should be done to the most egregious of the nonprofits.
The controlling tax issue is the primary activity of Teaparty nonprofits is not the promotion of social welfare – it is the tearing down of social welfare – and this is simple to conclude.
Buy my book from Amazon, about which David Satterfield, former Business Editor of the Miami Herald and two times Pulitzer Prize Winner, said this:
“This should be must-reading for every policy maker in Washington and every student of economics and finance.”
