ISSA’S AMERICAN INQUISITION: THE REAL SCANDAL
Darrell Issa is the reincarnation of Joe McCarthy who led the Communist inquisition. So, along with Ted Cruz, McCarthy sound alike Issa provides all the fervently feverishly zealot creationist members of the American “Christian” Nation with empirical evidence of the existence of reincarnation – and the excitement of an inquisition – which the media also loves without shame.
As the Chairman of House Oversight, Issa has assumed the sacred and traditional Christian obligation to become the most prominent witch hunting heretic seeker of today. His conduct clearly represents the sacred responsibility that he has accepted to hunt down and publicly burn anyone who is not a Teapublican creationist Bible-thumper living in the persistent shadows of pre-Dark Age ignorance and intolerance – intolerance and ignorance best exemplified by The Spanish Inquisition – and now the American one, and the blockade of Congress.
Before Issa was appointed Chairman he announced – “The Obama administration is the most corrupt in history.” And this qualified him to assume command of all House investigations in the eyes of his crazy creationist colleagues.
Issa’s primary scandals revolve around the paranoia flowing from a terrorist cluster-f—k in Benghazi; and the ever popular IRS properly focusing on the substance of Tea Party/Gop nonprofits with a high-profile history of being against the social welfare of we the people. Forget the media talk about nonprofits being exclusively for social welfare, as without a political will to enact legislation for we the people – ie., legislation of beneficial interest to we the people, there would not have been The Civil Rights Act, or Social Security or even Women’s suffrage.
Issa has investigated anything that might, in his jaundiced sociopathic greedy line of self-interested vision, serve to make Democrats look bad to gain more power for the GOP. And the people behind Issa are clearly all the lobbyists and their employers who want to continue to shift wealth to themselves, as well as all his prejudiced Teaparty Koch-roachpawn colleagues.
Issa is one of the primary leaders who, along with Ryan, Boehner and Kantor (let’s include McConnell and Cruz) should be indicted for SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY. Here’s why:
18 .S.C. § 2384 : US Code – Section 2384: *Seditious conspiracy Search 18 U.S.C. § 2384 : US Code – Section 2384: Seditious conspiracy Search by Keyword or Citation
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
Seditious conspiracy is empirically defined by the Teapublican blockade of Congress which is to filibuster and/or vote in lockstep against (to prevent) any legislation the President of the United States of America deems appropriate to improve and protect the public good. Public good means social welfare of American citizens.
The material substance of Seditious Conspiracy is manifestly self-evident in the Teapublican blockade. It is crystal clear that the GOP has: habitually delayed, hindered by filibuster, and voted against (to prevent) the enactment of any significant laws proposed by the President of the United States to benefit the social welfare of the vast majority of Americans When the misuse of Congressional force/power is singularly supported by one group/political party that chooses to obstruct and subvert the best interests of “we the people” – and this obstruction is only directed against certain classes of Americans (discrimination), the poor and the middle class – these acts constitute *Seditious Conspiracy. How is this behavior not a conspiracy when all Republicans vote in lockstep; and speak in unison with the same talking points – for each issue they vote against, for every public appearance, and for all committee hearings and issues? Chance?
Boehner, Kantor, Ryan and Issa have led GOP House members to have voted in unison against – killed:
- JOBS BILLS;
- FOOD STAMPS;
- SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAMS FOR POOR HUNGRY CHILDREN;
- BACKGROUND CHECKS AND RESTRICTIONS ON MILITARY WEAPONS AND ORDINANCE;
- RECTIFYING TAX LAWS THAT CREATED A SEA SHIFT OF WEALTH TO THE ALREADY RICH;
- INCREASING A SUB POVERTY LEVEL MINIMUM WAGE;
- MEDICAL RESEARCH;BUDGET BILLS;RECTIFYING BLIND SEQUESTER CUTS;
- INCREASING A STAGNANT MINIMUM WAGE;HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 47M AMERICANS;
- NUMEROUS VOTES TO KILL OBAMA CARE;
- Voted for the Ryan Budget 37 times to gut Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid
Not correcting the student loan interest rate which affects 20% of all Americans. So the GOP has supported the profits of Wall Street Banks instead of the social welfare of students. The list goes on…: http://www.youtube.com/user/ehschoenberger
Therefore, it is self-evident that, at least, the leaders of the insurrection against a functioning government for the public good have conspired to use their force/power in Congress to hinder and delay, which further may logically be regarded as a conspiracy to prevent Congress from protecting the public good. Thomas Jefferson said: “The role of government is to protect the public good.”
Protecting the public good is more than having an army; it is also about …the right to enjoy the pursuit of certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness (Refer also to the US Constitution).
So the real scandal is that Issa has not investigated himself or any of the seditious conspirators. And the American Inquisition continues.

“This should be must-reading for every policy maker in Washington and every student of economics and finance.”
