21ST CENTURY TREASON: AMERICA’S DAYS OF INFAMY:
Russia has conducted a Cyberwar against our Democracy. America’s National Security Agencies have concluded the Cyber-attack against our FREE & FAIR ELECTIONS, particularly in 2106 to “propagandize” Hillary in support of Putin’s candidate, was an “invasion.”
The confusion concerning Treason results from how Treason has been applied in the past. Cyber warfare is 21st century warfare. National Security Agencies in an “unclassified” report to the Senate Armed Services Comm., Jan 5th 2017, made it crystal clear Russia is a “dangerous” enemy; and that America has been invaded, is an invasion by a Russian Cyber-attack not an act of war?

It is manifestly apparent that Putin is Trump’s puppet master; further that numerous GOP members of Congress have taken huge political illegal contributions from Russian Oligarchs, derived from Putin’s mob family’s laundered money, money laundered in the US to bribe politicians.
This is a matter of unprecedented magnitude and no matter how this is regarded, or how hard attorneys skirt the controlling substance — there is only one word to describe this – TREASON. This is what Richard Painter, W’s former Ethics Czar, a brilliant attorney with unswerving ethics, told Lawrence O’Donnell in January of 2017.
On December 18th, 2o18 DC District Judge Emmitt Sullivan, first appointed by Ronald Reagan, asked – “is this treason?”
The U. S. Constitution defines Treason simply: Article III, Section 3, Treason: “…or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
For lawyers to continue to search for why this is not Treason, rather than why it is – is to be complicit in not defending the truth and the United States of America from the Russian Cyber War, and all the corrupt Republicans that have been compromised.
Are lawyers too spineless to defend our Republic’s Democracy? Are Democrats? This is not about port v starboard but righting ship America.
Can our Nation afford to overlook SYSTEMIC GOP TREASON STARTING WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA; overlook MATERIAL TREASON ENMESHED IN TRUMP’S COMPLICIT GOP CONGRESSIONAL CABAL OF DEMAGOGUES THAT SUPPORT PUTIN’S PUPPET?
