INDICT GOP/TEAPUBLICANS FOR SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY
Seditious conspiracy is empirically defined by the Teapublican blockade of Congress which is to filibuster and/or vote in lockstep against (to prevent) any legislation the President of the United States of America deems appropriate to improve and protect the public good. Public good means social welfare of American citizens.
When the GOP habitually delays – hinders by filibuster, and votes against (prevents) the enactment of any significant laws proposed by the President of the United States to benefit the lives of the vast majority of American citizens the internal condition of our Republic suffers. When the misuse of Congressional force/power is singularly supported by one group/political party that chooses to obstruct and subvert the best interests of “we the people” – and this obstruction is only directed against certain classes of Americans (discrimination), the poor and the middle class – these acts constitute *Seditious Conspiracy. How is it not a conspiracy when all Republicans vote in lockstep; and speak in unison with the same talking points – for each issue they vote against, for every public appearance, and for all committee hearings and issues? Maybe it is just chance.
This group/political party has voted in unison against – killed:
- JOBS BILLS;
- FOOD STAMPS;
- SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAMS FOR POOR HUNGRY CHILDREN;
- REQUIRING BACKGROUND CHECKS AND RESTRICTIONS MILITARY WEAPONS AND ORDINANCE;
- RECTIFYING TAX LAWS THAT CREATED A SEA SHIFT OF WEALTH TO THE ALREADY RICH;
- INCREASING A SUB POVERTY LEVEL MINIMUM WAGE;
- MEDICAL RESEARCH;
- BUDGET BILLS;RECTIFYING BLIND SEQUESTER CUTS;
- INCREASING A STAGNANT MINIMUM WAGE;
- HEALTH INSURANCE FOR 47M AMERICANS;
- THE LIST GOES ON…https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/indict-heritage-foundation-seditious-conspiracy/TcckR1gj
Therefore, it is self-evident that, at least, the leaders of the insurrection against a functioning government for the public good have conspired to use their force/power in Congress to hinder and delay, which further may logically be regarded as a conspiracy to prevent Congress from protecting the public good. Protecting the public good is more than having an army; it is also about …the right to enjoy the pursuit of certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness (Ref, US Constitution).
Can millions of children with mind-gnawing hunger living with families in abject poverty enjoy the pursuit of happiness in the richest country in the world where the rights of gun owners, the rights of corporations to be treated as people and the rights of Wall Street Banks to shift the risk of all of their H-Bomb sized leverage to we the people come before any concern for the public good. Shouldn’t individuals in any group/political party that is clearly subverting the public good be held accountable for obstructing (preventing) the ability of the US Government to govern?
Should the leaders of any political party that has erected a blockade around Congress for 5 years resulting in obstructing the public good for 99%, not be indicted for *Seditious conspiracy? Where are the indictments?

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
It is manifestly apparent that the force or power of Congress is to propose and enact legislation that becomes the laws of the land. Therefore, the force of the GOP is being used against the President’s authority and Congress’ ability to govern and improve the internal conditions of America. It is also against the security of the United States for any political party to continually, habitually and persistently obstruct, to prevent Congress from doing the work of the people. Americans have not been this divided since the Civil War.
All the Teapublican filibusters and votes in committees against bringing bills to the floor in either the Senate or the House obviously constitute hinder and delay! And the material substance of a Blockade is significantly worse than hindering or delaying. Isn’t the substance of a Blockade to prevent? https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/indict-heritage-foundation-seditious-conspiracy/TcckR1gj
This is adds up to *Seditious conspiracy. (And you don’t need algebra to figure this out.)https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/indict-heritage-foundation-seditious-conspiracy/TcckR1gj
Americans need to get pissed off with enough reasoned outrage and conviction to fight back. Or should we the people continue to allow Rush Windbag, Glenn Beck, Palin, Wayne La Pissoire, the Heritage Foundation, the Koch Bros, gun manufacturers, Wall Street Banks, sociopathic greed, big business, big health insurers, the military industrial complex, Bush tax laws for the rich, lobbyists, McConnell, Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, Issa, and Bachman prevent America’s ability to govern for the common good?
Is it better to live in the land of the eternal American Christian Nation Creationist GOP Blockade, or to vote better and indict? Give this a lot of thought, because we have enabled a GOP *Seditious conspiracy to screw around with 98% of us.
MAYBE THE IRS GOT IT RIGHT, TO GO AFTER NONPROFITS OF THE SEDITIOUS CONSPIRATORS WHO ARE AGAINST THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF MOST AMERICANS.

“This should be must-reading for every policy maker in Washington and every student of economics and finance.”
